Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams to deliver new products, shape program vision and strategy, and mentor team members while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and delivery requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional efforts and serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders
• Shape product vision and strategy by developing artifacts such as product briefs and roadmaps
• Advocate for user needs and manage complex backlogs across multiple workstreams

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant product management experience and a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience directing assignments for cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience in agile and SAFe delivery environments
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize complex backlogs with competing priorities
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
