Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving the execution of new consumer trading products, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage end-to-end delivery, optimize user experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the delivery and iteration of new trading products from requirements to post-launch analysis
- Design and scale user growth programs, including referral and reward systems
- Track on-chain trends and consumer crypto landscape to inform product iterations and new opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with consumer crypto trading products and 5+ years as a product manager
- Hands-on experience with referral, affiliate, or rebate programs and anti-fraud mechanisms
- Strong understanding of on-chain trading mechanics and market data
- Proven ability to execute and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with international partners
