Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To support the development and optimization of product capabilities, the full-time Senior Product Manager will work remotely during night shifts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze product performance and guide product strategy through data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Craft and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap while defining and prioritizing features based on customer requirements and business objectives
- Lead Scrum Teams through the product development process, ensuring project milestones are met and effectively communicating with stakeholders
- Define success metrics and deliver actionable reporting to demonstrate the impact of product releases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product management supporting healthcare technology solutions
- Demonstrated success managing products across the full product lifecycle
- Experience with healthcare revenue cycle workflows or eligibility-related technologies
- Proficiency in core product delivery activities within Agile environments, including requirements definition and managing on-time releases
