Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To support the growth of carrier integrations, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will drive product strategy, execution, and outcomes for Shippo's carrier capabilities, focusing on building scalable integrations and improving API performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product vision and strategy for Carrier Capabilities, aligning with growth and reliability goals
- Define standardized carrier capabilities and manage product decisions for API abstractions and quality requirements
- Lead cross-functional delivery for new carrier integrations and enhancements, ensuring alignment with engineering and operations
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on technical platforms or APIs
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and integration patterns
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-team initiatives in ambiguous environments
- Experience with parcel carrier integrations or logistics platforms is a plus
- Background in software engineering or other deeply technical roles is advantageous
