Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time Senior Product Manager - Managed Security Services (Onboarding) will operationalize the customer onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless experience through collaboration with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate product vision into actionable onboarding plans that enhance customer experiences and accelerate time to value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, evaluate trade-offs, and maintain an outcome-driven backlog
• Design and evolve onboarding processes that integrate existing and new products into a unified customer experience

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, specifically in customer onboarding workflows and product integrations
• Strong understanding of operational metrics and customer outcomes related to onboarding processes
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Aha
• Ability to facilitate project kickoffs and define detailed requirements in collaboration with engineering teams
• Demonstrated ability to track project progress, identify risks, and drive cross-functional alignment
