Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the internal compensation products, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the range-setting tool and monitoring dashboard, partnering with Compensation to enhance pay range methodologies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own product decisions for the compensation range-setting stack, including the range tool and its recommendation engine
- Define data pipelines and collaborate with People Analytics to ensure accurate compensation data integration
- Lead the product and analytics roadmap for range-setting, driving market adoption and change management
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with data- or workflow-heavy internal or B2B products
- Proven success in transforming manual operational processes into productized solutions
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data evaluation metrics and statistical analysis
- Experience with AI- or model-assisted features focusing on output quality and measurement
- Background in integrating custom-built tools with third-party SaaS platforms, including HRIS and ATS
