Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To lead the strategy and development of career services and recruiting products, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will own high-impact initiatives, collaborate across teams, and engage with users to create data-driven solutions in the talent acquisition space.
Key responsibilities
- Own the long-term product vision and strategy, defining a clear product roadmap aligned with company goals
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, design, and marketing
- Engage with users to uncover pain points and conduct competitive analysis to inform product development
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
- Demonstrated end-to-end product ownership, including identifying customer problems and measuring product success
- Hands-on experience building AI agents or functional AI-powered tools
- Proven success leading B2B SaaS product initiatives in the recruiting or talent acquisition space
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and experience working with Agile teams and product tools
