Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To define and own the vision for Sales and Service GTM systems, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation while managing and optimizing Salesforce and related technologies in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and manage the roadmap for Sales and Service GTM systems
- Lead cross-functional teams through the implementation and adoption of product initiatives
- Drive modernization and improve operational efficiency through automation and AI-enabled workflows
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience with enterprise or internal-facing products
- Strong skills in discovery, prioritization, and structured requirements gathering
- Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional delivery teams in an agile environment
- Experience influencing stakeholders across various departments without direct authority
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
