Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager, the full-time remote position will define and execute product strategy and roadmap for key HCM solutions, focusing on customer discovery, cross-functional delivery, and AI-enabled innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunities
- Conduct customer interviews and market analysis to identify product opportunities and inform prioritization
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and other teams to deliver high-quality product capabilities and ensure successful product adoption
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of progressive Product Management experience with ownership of product strategy and delivery execution
- Experience within HCM, payroll, or other complex B2B SaaS environments
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional product initiatives from discovery through launch
- Experience using AI tools to improve product management workflows
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies
