Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive the development and enhancement of the Learning Acceleration Platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for product capabilities, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and maintain roadmaps reflecting prioritized features and enhancements
• Conduct ongoing market research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery and user engagement
• Analyze user data and feedback to inform product decisions and measure project success through established KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the EdTech or LMS industry
• Strong understanding of AI's impact on software products and experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and industry standards such as SCORM and xAPI
