Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning specific product initiatives in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage access and IoT product offerings, translating operator insights into product requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely feature delivery and high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Fully own assigned product initiatives, defining scope, customer impact, and business impact while collaborating with ProductOps for launch and pilot
• Translate operator and resident insights into well-scoped product requirements, authoring PRDs that support optimal development velocity
• Define and monitor product KPIs, driving data-informed iterations to enhance client satisfaction and product adoption

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• General knowledge of access control hardware and credential ecosystems
• Proven track record of owning a product or major feature end-to-end
• Experience in conducting qualitative research and translating findings into product direction
• Excellent documentation skills, comfortable authoring BRDs, PRDs, and product specs
