Job Summary
To shape the Reachdesk Platform, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage product initiatives from problem identification through delivery, ensuring alignment across teams and driving measurable impact.
Key responsibilities
- Set product direction and priorities by integrating company goals, customer insights, and market context
- Define problems and experiences before solutions, creating clear narratives for Design and Engineering teams
- Lead product initiatives end-to-end, managing scope and delivering valuable solutions in collaboration with Engineering
Required qualifications
- Proven experience owning B2B SaaS products from inception to measurable outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions
- Technical fluency to effectively collaborate with Engineering on systems and integrations
- Exceptional communication skills to influence decisions and convey product progress across teams
