Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To shape the Reachdesk Platform, the remote Senior Product Manager will manage end-to-end product initiatives, from identifying customer problems to delivering impactful software solutions, while collaborating closely with Engineering and Design teams.
Key responsibilities
- Set product direction and priorities by aligning company goals, stakeholder needs, and market insights
- Define problems and experiences to create clear narratives for Design and Engineering teams
- Lead product initiatives through discovery, delivery, and adoption, ensuring alignment across various business functions
Required qualifications
- Proven experience owning B2B SaaS products from inception to measurable outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions
- Technical fluency to effectively collaborate with Engineering teams on system integrations and solutions
- Demonstrated business and commercial awareness to balance competing needs across the organization
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing decisions and conveying product vision across diverse stakeholders
