Key responsibilities
- Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and execution for ecommerce initiatives across multiple brands
- Drive continuous optimization of ecommerce performance, focusing on conversion rates, merchandising, and checkout improvements
- Serve as the primary ecommerce technology representative, ensuring alignment and governance across cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in ecommerce or multi-brand digital environments
- Proven experience managing Agile sprint teams
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and conversion optimization
- Experience in complex, multi-brand or multi-platform environments
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus
