Job Summary
To drive innovative HCM solutions, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will own product strategy, oversee customer discovery, and lead cross-functional teams to enhance product delivery and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies and maintain outcome-focused roadmaps
- Conduct customer interviews and market analysis to identify product opportunities

Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of progressive Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Experience in HCM, payroll, or benefits administration

- Familiarity with AI tools and methodologies in product management
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
