Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Product Manager will oversee agent-led content management, guiding customers through workflows to automate document creation and gap assessments, ultimately enhancing their security programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the workflows for document, policy, and procedure creation and editing, as well as agentic gap assessments
• Build agent workflows that surface recommendations and facilitate relevant actions to evolve customer security programs
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to establish consistent interaction patterns across various platforms

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record in delivering high-quality SaaS/B2B and AI products
• Strong technical skills in shipping AI products, including prompt writing and systematic quality improvements
• Customer-focused mindset with experience in synthesizing feedback and collaborating with go-to-market teams
• Deep interest and knowledge of the evolving AI/ML ecosystem
• Data-driven approach to inform roadmap and prioritization through qualitative and quantitative signals
