Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving the product vision and strategy, the full-time Senior Product Manager will focus on enhancing the member experience by managing the product roadmap and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap, aligning priorities with company goals and customer commitments
- Lead product discovery to understand workflows and pain points, writing clear product requirements and user stories
- Partner with Engineering to manage the backlog and ensure timely delivery of features while tracking product KPIs for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of product management experience with ownership from discovery through launch
- Experience in healthcare or health tech, including shipping a consumer mobile health app
- Experience building AI or machine learning features into a product
- A data-driven approach with the ability to define success metrics and utilize analytics for decision-making
