Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the financial stewardship product areas, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead the development and integration of new financial services for churches, utilizing deep financial services expertise and product leadership in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a strong understanding of the financial services landscape relevant to churches, including accounting and payroll
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to address financial challenges for churches through market research and customer insights
- Lead product discovery and development from concept to launch, creating a prioritized roadmap and defining success metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
- Demonstrated experience in developing and launching financial products or services from concept through launch
- Proven ability to take a product from 0-to-1, overseeing the entire product development lifecycle
- Experience with accounting, spend management, and/or payroll software or systems
- Strong judgment on build-vs-buy trade-offs and navigating complex product environments
