Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the applied research-to-product pipeline for agent optimization, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive product strategy, manage collaborations with partners, and translate research findings into usable products, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmaps for agent optimization projects, setting priorities and quality standards
• Collaborate with agent builders and tool providers to secure engagements and enhance product capabilities based on market feedback
• Define developer experience and product interfaces for open source tools, ensuring usability and reliability across multiple tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of product management or closely related experience in AI or developer products
• Proven ability to turn research into adopted products through partnerships and integrations
• Technical fluency in agent architectures, observability, and automated experimentation techniques
• Strong relationship-building skills with Engineering and Research teams, capable of guiding GTM teams through complex projects
