Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of Switchyard, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive product strategy and roadmap while collaborating with engineering and research teams to enhance adaptive inference tools in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, set priorities, and define clear product outcomes in collaboration with engineering
• Work with partners to ensure successful integrations and translate market feedback into product improvements
• Establish messaging and narrative for model routing and adaptive inference, coordinating across teams for joint outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of product management or closely related experience with technical products for developers or infrastructure teams
• Technical proficiency in LLM inference, model routing, and developer APIs
• Ability to engage with customers and guide technical adoption independently
• Strong relationships with engineering and research teams, with an evidence-driven product approach
