Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution for Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions, the full-time Senior Product Manager will work remotely to translate market needs into product innovation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance sales enablement and customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine understanding of buyers' challenges, needs, and product usage to inform product strategy
• Conduct industry and competitive analysis to identify key differentiators and support initiatives that increase market share
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create effective product positioning, messaging, and sales training materials

Required qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or controls functions
• At least two years of B2B product management or product marketing experience, preferably in the GRC software industry
• Strong understanding of Compliance, Risk, Control, Audit, and Resilience frameworks
• Proven ability to create compelling messaging that enhances buyer interactions
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Management teams
