Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the core experience of the applicant tracking system for employers, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive strategy and execution to enhance employer engagement and oversee the development of the employer mobile app in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Take full accountability for the product domain, from KPI setting to daily execution
- Lead the reimagination of the ATS to improve customer value and product effectiveness
