Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time Senior Product Manager will enhance and scale veterinary software platforms remotely, overseeing high-impact initiatives and improving user experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap for key platform areas, translating customer insights into prioritized initiatives
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from discovery through launch, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact
• Analyze product performance trends and establish KPIs to drive improvements in adoption, engagement, and retention

Required Qualifications

• A four-year college degree and 5+ years of progressive product management experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy, manage roadmaps, and lead discovery efforts
• Strong analytical skills with experience in defining KPIs and using data analytics tools for decision-making
• Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across teams
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
