Job Summary
Owning the financial infrastructure roadmap, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage money movement across Float's services, working remotely to enhance payment health, coordinate with engineering squads, and drive product initiatives in the financial services domain.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Financial Infrastructure roadmap from sizing to delivery and iteration
- Measure and improve payment health metrics such as success rate and processing speed
- Evaluate and manage relationships with infrastructure partners and coordinate dependencies with banks and processors
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in product management with experience in financial services infrastructure
- Direct experience with financial ledgering or payments products
- Proven track record of leading major infrastructure changes
- Strong project management skills with external partners
- Comfort with engineering concepts such as APIs and data models
