Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To shape the Reachdesk Platform, the remote Senior Product Manager will lead product initiatives end-to-end, transforming complex customer and business problems into impactful software solutions while collaborating closely with Engineering and Design teams.
Key responsibilities
- Set product direction and priorities by integrating company goals, stakeholder needs, customer insights, and market context
- Define problems and experiences before solutions, ensuring clear communication of intended outcomes to Design and Engineering teams
- Orchestrate successful launches and adoption by collaborating with various teams to maximize customer value from product offerings
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in owning B2B SaaS products from inception to delivery and measurable outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex issues and ambiguity
- Demonstrated independence and initiative in seeking out necessary information and context
- Technical fluency to effectively collaborate with Engineering and understand system constraints
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing decisions and conveying product-related information clearly
