Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product for job seeker profiles and application flows, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage stakeholder alignment, enhance user experience, and drive application quality in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as an owner for the job seeker profile and apply flow, setting KPIs and managing individual screens and questions
• Lead collaboration across multiple teams to align on product roadmaps and resolve conflicting requirements
• Analyze metrics related to application starts, completions, and profile accuracy to inform product improvements

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven success in product management with a track record of delivering results
• Experience managing products that require alignment across multiple teams with competing goals
• Strong technical knowledge in UI/UX design, APIs, and consumer flows
• Experience improving high-volume consumer flows through sustained experimentation
• Fluency in AI/ML product features and their evaluation pre- and post-launch
