Job Summary
Acting as an ambitious entrepreneur, the full-time Senior Product Manager will identify market opportunities in the healthcare industry and design innovative products while collaborating remotely with various stakeholders to ensure successful product development and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify unmet market opportunities and design strategic product capabilities within the healthcare space
- Collaborate with the Director of Product Management to define and share ownership of the product strategy for Smile's platform components
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to benchmark and identify key differentiators for platform capabilities
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Health Informatics, or a related role
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry with proven experience in delivering complex software products
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong collaborative skills across sales, marketing, design, and engineering teams
- Demonstrated consultative experience with executive-level clients and partners
- Technical knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and modern stack architectures is a strong asset
