Job Summary
Driving the future of consumer healthcare, the full-time Senior Staff Product Manager will define and implement a multi-year product strategy for Virta's end-to-end member experience, leveraging data and AI to create personalized and engaging health solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive a multi-year product strategy and investment roadmap for the member experience, aligning teams and senior leaders with company goals
- Identify and shape high-leverage consumer product opportunities using member insights and market developments to influence investment decisions
- Establish a strategic approach to personalization and adaptive experiences, leveraging data and behavioral insights to support individual member needs
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in building consumer products that improve activation, engagement, and retention
- Strong product judgment and user empathy, with knowledge of behavior change and lifecycle engagement
- Demonstrated ability to translate an ambitious vision into a coherent product strategy and roadmap
- Fluency in data, AI, and personalization to create adaptive consumer experiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing organizational decisions
