Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Focusing on defining and executing the strategy for Applied's Benefits products, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage product roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation through workflow automation and AI solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritize and manage requirements by translating the backlog into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead roadmap and release planning for products, ensuring alignment with market demands and strategic objectives
- Drive product activation, ensuring new products or features/releases are delivered on time and in scope
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis within Agile
- Proven track record in developing a product roadmap based on data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Looker or equivalent
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver software as a service effectively
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering, Information Science, Computer Science, or related fields
