Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To support the development of the Agentic Banking product suite, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own the product roadmap, define strategies aligned with market trends, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-value offerings in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Agentic Banking Solutions
- Define and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives
- Collaborate across teams to successfully deliver product initiatives and represent the product with customers and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience
- 4+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry with a strong understanding of banking operations
- Demonstrable experience in software product management or similar roles
- Familiarity with AI solutions and understanding of how AI systems operate
- Strong team leadership skills, including mentoring high-performance teams
