Job Summary
Driving the integrations roadmap and strategy, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the development of integrations across various categories, enhancing customer compliance and experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the integrations roadmap by prioritizing new integrations and capabilities based on inputs from product teams and customer feedback
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to plan the roadmap and make decisions regarding integration depth and sequencing
- Engage with customers to understand their integration needs and support the maintenance of existing integrations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a product role focused on integrations and ecosystem management
- Proven track record of prioritizing and building impactful integrations
- Strong understanding of prioritization frameworks for integration work
- Technical fluency in integrations-related technologies like APIs and authentication
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and keeping stakeholders informed
