Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

As the Senior Product Manager for Geo, the full-time remote position will design and launch new market initiatives while owning the end-to-end user experience in fast-growing regions, ensuring product-market fit and strategic alignment across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Propose and maintain the product roadmap for emerging markets to enhance territorial foothold
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quarterly OKRs and ship impactful features with urgency
• Take accountability for key performance indicators, driving improvements in conversion rates and user retention

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in product strategy and the full product lifecycle in fast-paced environments
• Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL and A/B testing
• Expertise in market research with a focus on local nuances in the LatAm market
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Deep understanding of the Fintech or Payments industry is highly preferred
