Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

As the Senior Product Manager for Geo, this full-time remote position will design and launch new market initiatives, manage the end-to-end user experience, and lead cross-functional teams to enhance product-market fit across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Propose and maintain the product roadmap for emerging markets to accelerate foothold in new territories
• Lead cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features, proposing quarterly OKRs for the squad
• Take accountability for KPIs, focusing on improving conversion rates, monthly active users, and retention in assigned markets

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in product strategy, roadmapping, and the full product lifecycle in a fast-paced environment
• Strong data analysis and experimentation skills, including proficiency in SQL and A/B testing
• Expertise in market research with a focus on uncovering local nuances in the LatAm market
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Deep understanding of the Fintech or Payments industry is highly preferred
