Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the strategy and execution for a portfolio of KYC data intelligence products, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead customer discovery, define product roadmaps, and drive adoption while working in a hybrid model with two days in the office and three days remote.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for KYC data intelligence products
- Lead customer and market discovery to identify unmet needs and translate insights into product investments
- Guide products through the full lifecycle from discovery to ongoing optimization, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Five or more years of software product management experience in financial services
- Demonstrated experience managing products across the full lifecycle, including delivery and adoption
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, APIs, and data platforms
- Strong customer-discovery skills with the ability to translate market needs into product strategy
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
