Job Summary
Owning the builder experience for a product-led growth platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage product strategy and roadmap, engage with customers to identify pain points, and leverage AI technologies to enhance user conversion in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the builder experience, from discovery through delivery
- Engage directly with customers to identify pain points and translate them into product requirements and roadmaps
- Utilize AI to detect friction in customer funnels and create guidance that improves conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in B2B SaaS software
- Experience managing AI-embedded products and familiarity with evals and datasets
- Technical proficiency with tools like Git and Claude Code, and ability to address basic UX issues independently
- Fluency in AI concepts, including the use of LLMs and agents in product development
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and starting projects from scratch with a proactive approach
