Job Summary
To support the ongoing development and growth of a specialized healthcare platform, the remote full-time Senior Product Manager will identify key problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive product solutions to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and articulate key investment problems, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to develop a strategic roadmap
- Facilitate the entire product development process from problem identification to successful product launch, ensuring clarity for engineering teams
- Engage in data-driven investigations and user research to inform product decisions and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Technical depth with a strong understanding of product development and the ability to engage with codebase discussions
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and product decision-making
- Experience conducting user research with time-pressured operators or clinicians
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in complex, regulated environments, preferably with healthcare or pharmacy domain knowledge
