Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To support the development of a clinician- and site-facing web application, the remote Senior Product Manager will own the product roadmap, drive development milestones, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the application meets user needs and business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with clinician and site needs while balancing business objectives
- Collaborate with software engineers, product designers, and data science teams to define technical specifications and ensure a cohesive user experience
- Conduct usability tests and user interviews to gather feedback and iterate on product features continuously
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years managing web-based software products
- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Experience with highly technical products, such as data platforms or machine-learning applications
- Preferred experience in healthcare, life sciences, or biotech, with a strong understanding of clinical contexts
- Familiarity with developing regulated software under design control standards (e.g., IEC 62304) is strongly preferred
