Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the roadmap and partner integration strategy, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager for Agent Passport will define capabilities around cryptographic Stamps and lead feature delivery to establish Workday as a trusted security authority for autonomous AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve Agent Passport capabilities, including roadmap ownership and stamp specifications
• Lead partner and ecosystem integrations to incorporate assessment workflows into the Agent System of Record (ASOR)
• Ensure regulatory and standards alignment by mapping Passport stamps to relevant regulations and standards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise platform, security, or AI features
• 3+ years of understanding of AI governance and security/compliance frameworks
• Proven track record of defining user stories and collaborating with engineering and security teams
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience with security integrations or digital identity/trust frameworks
