Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager, the full-time remote position will own product strategy and roadmap for key HCM solutions, focusing on customer discovery, cross-functional delivery, and AI-enabled innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies and maintain outcome-focused roadmaps aligned with company objectives
- Conduct customer interviews and market analysis to identify product opportunities and serve as the voice of the customer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product capabilities and ensure successful product adoption
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of progressive Product Management experience in complex B2B SaaS environments
- Proven success in leading cross-functional product initiatives from discovery through launch
- Experience with AI tools to enhance product management workflows and deliver AI-enabled capabilities
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and software development lifecycles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
