Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To drive innovative HCM solutions, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own product strategy, customer discovery, and cross-functional delivery in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies and maintain outcome-focused roadmaps aligned with company objectives
- Conduct customer interviews and market analysis to identify product opportunities and serve as the voice of the customer

Required Qualifications

- Experience using AI tools to enhance product management workflows and capabilities
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and software development lifecycles
