Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for a full-time remote position, this role will guide product strategy, customer discovery, and roadmap planning for innovative HCM solutions, driving product adoption and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies and maintain outcome-focused product roadmaps
- Conduct customer interviews and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and serve as the voice of the customer

Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of progressive Product Management experience with ownership of product strategy and delivery execution

- Familiarity with AI tools and practices to enhance product management workflows
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and software development lifecycles
