Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Senior Product Manager specializing in Digital Self Service, this full-time position will manage the development of customer digital experience products, utilizing data-driven insights to innovate and enhance user interactions.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap to improve post-approval customer experiences through stakeholder engagement
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business problems and validate solutions via customer and market research
• Define product use cases, features, and requirements while managing stakeholder expectations and communication

Required qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management
• Experience managing consumer-facing digital products, particularly in post-approval or account management
• Ability to design self-service experiences that enhance customer autonomy across web and mobile platforms
• Familiarity with financial services or fintech products, including payment flows and regulatory contexts
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
