Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Senior Product Manager, the successful candidate will manage the product roadmap for digital storefront and commerce customer experience products, utilizing data to drive innovation and improve customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap by collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers to enhance the post-approval customer experience
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business problems and validate proposed solutions through customer and market research
- Analyze product feature performance and communicate timelines, expectations, and results to stakeholders effectively
Required qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management
- Experience with B2B2C commerce platforms and consumer-facing digital environments
- Direct experience in concepting and implementing agentic commerce solutions
- Hands-on experience with conversion optimization and A/B testing across web and mobile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
