Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the roadmap for data enablement and customer communications, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive initiatives for marketing technology and lifecycle programs in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the roadmap for data enablement, customer communications platforms, and eMarketing tooling
- Develop and personalize lifecycle journeys from initial contact through re-engagement and retention
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to identify and address gaps in data quality and availability
Required qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management
- Proven experience with marketing technology platforms and data enablement initiatives
- Hands-on fluency with lifecycle and analytics tools such as Braze, Iterable, or Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Ability to navigate between high-level strategy and detailed execution
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
