Owning the customer-facing experience across the Ondo Finance App, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage the end-to-end user experience, focusing on retention, usability, and translating complex financial concepts into intuitive products.
Key responsibilities
- Define strategy and prioritize opportunities to enhance the customer-facing platform experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product execution from discovery to launch
- Establish metrics and feedback loops to drive product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on customer-facing products
- Proven track record of building and shipping high-quality consumer or prosumer products
- Experience in fintech, brokerage, investing, or trading products
- Understanding of capital markets and financial product mechanics
- Hands-on familiarity with crypto and DeFi products
