Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning day-to-day product execution, the full-time Senior Product Manager will prioritize engineering builds, manage A/B testing for conversion and revenue, and serve as the product voice with insurance partners, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Determine sprint priorities, manage the backlog, and write well-scoped tasks with clear requirements
• Set A/B test requirements, monitor results, and ensure timelines are met for key projects and features
• Collaborate with insurance partners to handle requests, performance reporting, and identify new business opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Experience optimizing conversion in a B2B2C platform or marketplace
• Deep fluency with A/B testing and analytics tools like Mixpanel
• Strong external communication skills for managing enterprise partner relationships
• Genuine interest in user research and a passion for improving pet healthcare
