Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To drive the growth of Merchant Product solutions, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead the product lifecycle from ideation to market delivery, focusing on customer insights and financial outcomes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a bold vision and product strategy for the merchant product ecosystem, identifying market gaps and aligning with senior leadership
- Own product and financial outcomes by driving complex merchant initiatives and defining performance metrics to measure success
- Lead customer and partner discovery efforts to gather insights that inform product decisions and enhance user experiences
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional Product Management experience, preferably in payment platforms, fintech, or B2B services
- Proven strategic leadership in managing significant product initiatives or platform capabilities
- Strong technical expertise in payment systems, APIs, and partner integrations
- Experience in defining and leveraging metrics/OKRs to drive product performance and financial outcomes
- Excellent collaborative influence and communication skills to align stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional partnerships
