Job Summary
Owning the host side of the marketplace, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will engage with hosts to understand their needs, translate insights into actionable solutions, and drive the execution of product strategies that enhance host success.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with hosts to gather insights and understand their pain points, marketplace dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Translate host feedback into innovative product solutions while balancing guest experience and marketplace health
- Define and track key business metrics, ensuring accountability for outcomes beyond just feature launches
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in a two-sided marketplace, preferably on the supply side
- Proven ability to translate customer insights into successful product offerings
- Experience in owning measurable business outcomes and articulating the impact of product launches
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams
