Job Summary
Leading the development of an innovative AI platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager for the Agentic User Interface will manage the product lifecycle, define user interactions with AI agents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance healthcare delivery through advanced user interfaces.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the product lifecycle from strategic planning to post-launch analysis for the agentic user interface
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the overall AI platform goals
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and translate them into detailed product specifications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 5-7+ years of experience in product management, particularly in healthcare technology
- Proven track record of launching and managing complex software products
- Strong grounding in user experience (UX) principles and design thinking
- Hands-on product experience with generative AI systems in production
