Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own the end-to-end product development process, conduct user research, and develop actionable product specifications in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product development process, from user research to post-launch measurement
• Conduct deep user research to understand the needs and pain points of patients, clinicians, and internal team members
• Develop clear, actionable product requirements and prototypes to guide engineering and cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years owning core product areas end-to-end
• Experience building or scaling tech-enabled services in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably in digital health
• Demonstrated comfort using AI tools as a core part of work processes
• Deep empathy for patients, clinicians, and care teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on cross-functional teamwork
